ELDERS
Set schedule for the next few months.
Discussed plans for Cub Schout recognition on February 11.Discussion ensued regarding ways for them to serve St. Paul’s as well as ways we can honor them (Bibles, small flags, etc.). Gerrie Oliver suggested replacement of American Flag in chancel.
No Ash Wednesday service will be scheduled and suggest attending Zion in Westwood.
We will have sin flags for Palm Sunday and flower replacements on Easter Sunday.
Working on distribution of Lenten Worship booklet.
MISSIONS & EVANGELISM
Looking forward to having the quilters display their quilts in church.

Current balance $335.95 which reflects the purchase of tablecloths.
PROPERT PROPERTY
Raked leaves and more leaves.
Bill Henshaw, Frank and Roy Merz took down and put away Christmas decorations.
Timer system for outside lights was not working,
Repaired broken toilet.
OLD BUSINESS
Website – Andrew Correa has been ill, so nothing further has occurred.Discussion followed regarding the elimination of the old website.
Laurie Lieb has assumed the duties of Flower coordinator.
We will proceed with the purchase of new Carillon.
NEW BUSINESS
Brandon Cho, a young man, has been attending worship services regularly and has expressed an interest in becoming a member of St. Paul’s. Bill Henshaw has spoken to Rev. Pranschke Rev. Taylor and have developed a plan to work with Brandon toward this goal. MSC Bill Henshaw/Barbara Guile to purchase six books and two leader guides. Bill will meet with Brandon on Friday.
Concert series will continue on 3/10 with Tomas Rodriguez.
